This Privacy Policy explains what personal information StarkQuip ("we", "us") collects, why we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to our website, apps, and digital payment card service.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Account information: email address, name, password hash, and the consent records for your sign-up (timestamp and version of the terms accepted).
- Identity & compliance information: identity and verification data required for know-your-customer and sanctions screening.
- Transaction information: deposit and card activity, balances, card metadata, and receipts.
- Technical information: device, browser, IP address, and security logs used to protect accounts.
- Communications: support requests and email engagement (e.g., whether an email was opened or a link clicked) used to keep deliverability healthy.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- To provide the service: issue cards, process deposits and loads, send receipts and alerts.
- To keep the service safe: fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, account security and recovery.
- To meet legal obligations: identity verification, sanctions screening, and regulatory record-keeping.
- To communicate: service messages always; product news and offers only where you gave double opt-in consent (see our Email Practices).
- To improve the service, using aggregated or de-identified data wherever possible.
3. SHARING
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Card networks and issuers that provide your card and process your payments.
- Payment and blockchain processors that settle deposits and conversions.
- Compliance and fraud-prevention providers for identity, sanctions, and transaction screening.
- Email service provider that delivers our transactional and marketing email under contract.
- Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
Service providers are bound to use your data only for the purposes we contract them for.
4. COOKIES
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in, security, and session integrity, and limited analytics to understand site usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
5. RETENTION
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and afterwards as required for legal, tax, compliance and dispute-resolution purposes. Unconfirmed sign-up addresses are deleted within 30 days. Marketing suppression lists are kept only to honor opt-outs.
6. SECURITY
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and access to personal information is restricted to staff and contractors who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents to privacy@starkquip4.space.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Submit requests at privacy@starkquip4.space; we verify and respond within the time required by law. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
8. EMAIL CHOICES

9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We operate from the United States. If you use the service from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States under the protections described here and any additional protections required by applicable law.
10. CHILDREN
The service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. CHANGES
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a revised date and, where appropriate, notified by email.
